Goal
The initial goal was to redesign the mobile app screens to match the updated branding. We were also able to start exploring the desktop designs by adapting the mobile screens, streamlining the navigation, and adding additional features.
Audit
An initial audit was conducted to provide recommendations on the mobile app. Overall, we recommended having greater feature parity with the desktop app, less friction upon sign up, and combining certain pages.
User Flows
We thorougly mapped out the entire user flow from sign up to sending and receiving messages to ensure every step of the way is optimized for a simple and intuitive user experience.
Designs
While collaborating with the clearstream team and iterating on the designs, we landed with a much more modern and clean aesthetic to match their new branding.
Results
The final delivered product was a comprehensive redesign of their mobile app with many options for future additions and features.
